COACHING
Gaining clarity, navigating change and creating new directions

icf-member-badge.png

There are moments when continuing as you always have is no longer enough.

You may be facing a decision, navigating a change, stepping into a new role or struggling to turn a goal into action. At other times, what is missing is not an idea, but the clarity needed to understand which direction to take and how to begin moving towards it.

Coaching offers a professional space in which to pause, view your situation from different perspectives and work concretely towards personal and professional goals.

As a Business & Life Coach, I support people through a process of reflection, awareness and action, helping them draw on their resources, strengthen their autonomy and develop responses that are aligned with their own situation. I trained in accordance with the standards of the International Coaching Federation and am a member of ICF Italy and ICF Global.

WHEN CAN A COACHING PROGRAMME BE USEFUL?

A coaching programme may be helpful when you want to:

-address a personal or professional decision;

-gain greater clarity about your priorities and goals;

-navigate a period of change;

-step into a new role or approach your current one differently;

-turn reflections and intentions into concrete action;

-understand which resources you can draw on and develop;

-manage a career transition;

-build a new personal or professional project;

-recognise what supports or hinders the achievement of a goal;

-find a new direction during a phase of life or career that needs to be reconsidered.

Coaching does not begin with standardised solutions.

The programme is designed around the individual, their specific context and the goal they wish to address.

COACHING AREAS

LIFE COACHING

Life Coaching is designed for people who wish to work on goals, decisions and changes that affect their personal lives.

It can support periods in which there is a need to redefine priorities, find a new direction, develop greater awareness of personal choices or build a new project for the future. It is not about pursuing an ideal model of life or trying to become someone else. It is about creating a space in which to understand more clearly what truly matters, recognise the resources available and take responsibility for the steps you choose to take.

BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL COACHING

Business & Professional Coaching is designed for professionals, self-employed people, entrepreneurs, managers and anyone facing a decision, change or development connected with their work.

The programme may focus on:

-professional growth and development;

-stepping into a new role;

-managing responsibilities and priorities;

-making a career-related decision;

-the relationship with one’s professional role;

-developing a project;

-navigating a period of transition;

-defining consistent goals and actions;

-making the most of personal resources within the workplace.

In Business Coaching, the work remains centred on the individual while also taking into account the professional and organisational system in which they operate. My experience in consulting and business development enables me to understand the dynamics, constraints and complexity of organisational contexts, while always maintaining a clear distinction between coaching and consulting.

COACHING FOR COMPANIES AND ORGANISATIONS

I design individual coaching programmes for people working within companies, institutions and organisations.

These programmes may support, for example:

-stepping into a new role;

-taking on greater responsibility;

-a phase of professional development;

-organisational change;

-the growth of younger professionals within the workplace;

-the development and recognition of the skills and experience of senior professionals;

-redefining one’s professional contribution during a period of transition.

When a programme is sponsored or funded by an organisation, the objectives, roles and ways of working are clearly defined from the outset. The content of coaching sessions remains confidential. Any feedback provided to the organisation is agreed in advance with the person involved, in accordance with professional agreements and the ethical principles of coaching.

COACHING PROGRAMMES DESIGNED FOR DIFFERENT NEEDS

Not everyone is going through the same phase, and not every goal requires the same type of programme.

For this reason, I offer different coaching options.

Clarity, choices and change

For people facing a decision, a personal change or a phase in which they feel the need to redefine their priorities, goals and direction.

Professional development and role

For professionals and employees who wish to work on their professional development, their current role, a transition or a work-related goal.

Early career direction

For university students, recent graduates and young adults who wish to find their way between education, work and potential professional projects, developing their own decision-making criteria and a personal action plan.

New directions

For people entering a new phase of life or their career who wish to build on the experience they have gained, redefine their priorities and develop new projects.

Individual Business Coaching

For entrepreneurs, professionals and decision-makers who wish to work on their role, responsibilities, choices and the way they approach the development of their business or professional activity.

Coaching for companies and organisations

Programmes designed around the characteristics of the organisation, the person involved and the professional objectives identified.

THE LUXX PROFILE IN COACHING PROGRAMMES

The LUXX Profile can be integrated into selected coaching programmes as a tool for exploring individual motivations.

It can help provide a more precise understanding of what shapes a person’s priorities, behaviours and choices, offering additional insights to support the coaching process.

The LUXX Profile does not label people or determine which decision they should make. It does not automatically indicate which career to choose, which role to pursue or which project to develop. Instead, it can support a deeper understanding of personal motivations and of the conditions in which a person is more likely to make effective use of their resources.

As a LUXX Profile Expert, I can offer:

-an individual profile with a dedicated feedback session;

-the integration of the LUXX Profile into a coaching programme;

-individual applications in personal, professional and organisational contexts.

The decision to use the profile is assessed in relation to the objective and characteristics of the programme. It is therefore not a requirement for starting a coaching journey.

WHAT COACHING IS AND IS NOT

Coaching is a professional relationship focused on personal and professional development, the definition of goals and the creation of new possibilities for action.

It is not psychotherapy, psychological counselling or healthcare treatment. Its purpose is not to diagnose or treat disorders, clinical conditions or forms of psychological distress that require the support of a qualified healthcare professional.

It is also distinct from mentoring, training and consulting, although it may form part of broader projects that include different types of intervention, provided that the respective roles are clearly stated and kept separate.

Should a need emerge during the initial consultation that is not compatible with coaching, we will assess transparently whether coaching is the appropriate service.

HOW A COACHING PROGRAMME WORKS

1. The introductory consultation

Before beginning, a free introductory consultation is arranged.

This conversation allows us to gain an initial understanding of your situation, discuss my approach and assess whether the conditions are in place for us to work together. It is not a coaching session and does not involve any obligation to continue.

2. Defining the agreement and the goal

Should we decide to proceed, the programme is formalised through a coaching agreement.

During the first session, we explore the starting situation in greater depth and define the goal on which we will work.

3. The sessions

The programme continues through individual online sessions, scheduled at a frequency agreed in relation to the goal and the person’s needs. Between sessions, we may identify observations, actions or practical experiments to support the coaching process.

4. Reviewing the programme

At the end of the programme, time is dedicated to reviewing the work completed, the learning that has emerged and the steps the person wishes to consolidate or continue independently.

For programmes commissioned by companies or organisations, the working arrangements, people involved and review stages are defined within a specific agreement.

LET’S TALK

Choosing to begin a coaching programme requires trust, openness to dialogue and a willingness to take responsibility for your own process of change.

The first step can be an introductory conversation to better understand your needs and assess which programme may be most appropriate for the situation you are experiencing.
